Q: What’s the different of the 2 view mode (Simple & Advanced)?

A: If you want send a normal email quickly, simple mode will enough. In Advanced view mode, you can custom Email’s Header fields, such as sender/reply-to/date etc, and even if you can custom batch email’s subject use ‘random subject’ function, to avoid to be treated as Spam. And you can edit much more one email tasks, send in a batch.

Q: How the ‘random subject’ function work?

A: When you edit a email task which have a lot of receivers, may have a risk blocked by MTA servers. so just prepare some custom subjects, and choose ‘One by One’ , BES will auto random select a subject to send. In another condition, you need to edit a lot of similar tasks, you can use ‘random subject’ function, BES will random choose one for you.

Q: How the ‘One by One’ function work?

A: Sometime, you want send a same email to different people, and don’t want them know you send the others, so you have to edit & send one by one. Now use ‘One by One’ function, you just need edit One Email and fill in all your receivers, Click ‘One by One’ Button , then Send, BES will do all the things for you.

Q: How can I find the history sending logs?

A: All the sending action will log detail records, including SMTP command result. And you can find them in BES home directory “logs\”, one log file each day, named like "YYYYmmdd.log".

Q: Why my 'Hotmail.com' account cannot work ?

A: Use the following setting. hotmail SMTP Server：smtp.live.com Port：25 Use SSL Connection：Checked Authentication Required: checked. User: Your hotmail address. e.g. your-address@hotmail.com. Attention：you need fill in the complete address. Password: the password of your hotmail address.
